Claire’s inherent interest in people – and the relationships between them – has shaped her career since completing her BSc in Occupational Therapy and postgraduate studies in Marketing, Public Relations, Future Studies, Integral Coaching, and Boolean Sourcing. This enduring desire to understand human behaviour, and how one’s volition, motivation, performance capability, and potential can provide meaningful occupation refined her mission: to solve for people. Her experience to date has placed her in the position to best serve both companies and candidates.
